PE (8th)

Warm up:
5minute 3minute run - around the gym


Workout
Box Jumps x10
Jump Squats x10
Power Raises x10
Knee Crunches x10
Knee to Elbow x10
Climbers x10
Jump Rope x30 
Pushups x10
Gym Laps x2
Im finished the work hard,i will focus the legs and hands.Today at PE I worked on my endurance using this workout routines,along the way I made some vertical work as well. It was quick since I was a the first one to do the workout.
