Christmas is a very special day for each of us especially the children. Tania has no money to buy Christmas presents for her two children and then she decides to make them a trolley using bits of wood and an old pram. she created a Christmas gift for the children to surprised them. Even without money, we can create something special for our loved ones by working hard and being creative.

The short story happened in Talia’s story because she had no money for Christmas and she decided to make the trolley. Me because I like it.
Hi Tristan, I really like your explaination on the short story, The Trolley. You've wrote a nice brief on the story and what happens in it. Maybe next time, you should include the text purpose and the critical literacy question at the top so its easier. Also, it would be better to include an image of the story. I agree that being creative is mostly better than just buying a thoughtless present :) I agree with Khush in giving more explanation around the critical literacy question where more detail is included.
